Your Future Self Is Watching

Produce an emotional 9:16 motivational short set in a quiet American city at 5:30 a.m. Follow a determined young professional training for a charity run through empty streets. Begin with a high wide 50mm shot of streetlights reflected in wet pavement, then descend into a steady side-tracking shot as the runner moves through fog. Use cool dawn color, soft sodium-vapor highlights, and subtle lens flare. Insert intimate 85mm close-ups of controlled breathing, worn sneakers, and a hand gripping a small race bib. At the halfway point, match-cut the runner to a brighter afternoon finish-line moment surrounded by supportive friends. End with a slow push-in and text: “Small choices become your story.” Inspirational orchestral rise, natural city ambience, realistic athletic movement.
