Tiny Hero, Massive Final Attack

Create a playful anime comedy clip featuring a tiny apprentice mage preparing an absurdly dramatic final spell inside a cluttered kitchen. Start with a macro close-up of a trembling spoon, glowing recipe notes, and the hero's determined eyes. Pull back with a fast circular camera move to reveal oversized magical symbols covering the floor, then switch to a low-angle wide lens as the spell erupts. Warm morning window light should contrast with bright candy-colored energy and comic smoke. Give the character exaggerated facial animation, crisp cel shading, bouncy timing, and a deliberately huge impact that launches harmless flour through the room. Finish on a deadpan reaction from a sleepy house cat statue.
