The Witch Who Paints Storms

A mysterious witch stands inside a ruined observatory, painting across the sky with a brush made of lightning. Begin with a slow crane shot through shattered arches, then push toward her as storm clouds twist into dragons, castles, and wild celestial shapes. Use a vintage spherical lens, graceful circular camera movement, and subtle focus pulls between wet paint and the sky beyond. Candlelight flickers against violet clouds while electric turquoise highlights illuminate her cloak, silver hair, and ink-stained hands. Make every brushstroke physically alter the weather. Dreamlike dark fantasy style, painterly realism, rich texture, windblown fabric, and a powerful final wide shot of the painted storm covering the horizon.
