The Teenagers Rebuilding a Forgotten Arcade

Create a colorful character-driven documentary about high school students restoring a shuttered 1980s arcade in a small Ohio town. Start with a close-up of a dead CRT screen flickering to life, then use a playful dolly move through dusty cabinets and tangled wires. Shoot repairs on a 35mm lens, with macro inserts of solder, tokens, and cracked joysticks. Mix warm tungsten work lights with cool daylight from boarded windows, preserving authentic dust and imperfections. Interview the students, a retired arcade owner, and skeptical parents. Edit with energetic cuts, on-screen captions, and creator-style reactions for YouTube Shorts and Discord gaming culture without feeling scripted.
