The Subway Stair Sprint Test

Create a 9:16 vertical fitness video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. A charismatic female trainer in bright blue leggings races up a subway station staircase, stopping at every landing for one explosive exercise: high knees, jump squats, mountain climbers, then a final sprint. Start with a low-angle 24mm tracking shot of her sneakers, whip-pan to her determined face, and finish with a handheld overhead shot from the top of the stairs. Use crisp morning sunlight mixed with cool station fluorescents, realistic sweat, energetic urban sound design, and bold on-screen rep counters. Make it feel like authentic US creator culture, fast, motivating, and safely demonstrate controlled landings.
