The Sleep App Recorded Tomorrow

Make a 20-second psychological horror video in the style of a polished YouTube Shorts confession from a US sleep-tracking creator. Begin with an overhead 35mm shot of a woman asleep in a dark bedroom, her phone glowing beside her. Cold blue screen light contrasts with warm amber streetlight through blinds. Slowly dolly toward the phone as the sleep app waveform plays a recording labeled “Tomorrow, 3:17 a.m.” Her own voice whispers, “Don’t open the closet.” At exactly 3:17, the closet door creaks open behind her. Switch to a low 24mm floor angle, revealing bare feet standing inside, facing backward. Use realistic room tone, fabric movement, and one soft notification chime before cutting to black.
