The Shadow Samurai Wakes

Create a cinematic anime short set in a rain-soaked neon alley, where a silent shadow samurai slowly lifts his head beneath a torn straw hat. Start with an extreme low angle on puddles reflecting glowing signs, then glide forward in a smooth dolly move as his sword catches a streak of blue light. Use a wide anamorphic lens, shallow depth of field, dramatic rim lighting, drifting steam, and hand-drawn cel shading blended with polished modern anime detail. His cloak ripples without wind, red eyes ignite, and black ink-like shadows crawl across the walls. End with a sudden whip-pan toward an unseen enemy and a sharp freeze-frame.
