The Ramen Shop That Opens at Midnight

Create a 12-second cinematic anime short for TikTok and YouTube Shorts: a sleepy neon ramen shop appears on a rainy New York street at exactly midnight. Start with a low-angle 24mm tracking shot through puddles, then push past glowing paper lanterns into a cozy interior. A mysterious silver-haired chef with amber eyes flips noodles like glowing ribbons, each arc forming tiny constellations before falling into a steaming bowl. Use expressive anime facial animation, detailed hand movement, rich cel shading, and subtle steam particles. Magenta and cyan neon reflect on wet pavement. Finish with a dramatic 50mm close-up of the bowl as the broth reveals a miniature galaxy. Add punchy creator-style timing and a satisfying final visual reveal.
