The Power-Up Nobody Saw Coming

I want a vertical anime battle scene built for instant replay value. A quiet swordsman stands in a rain-soaked alley, then glowing ink-like markings spread across his face as his blade hums with electric energy. Start with a low-angle close-up on his boots, push the camera forward through puddle reflections, then whip upward into a dramatic over-the-shoulder reveal. Use a wide cinematic lens with sharp focus on the character and soft motion blur in the background. Neon signs flicker through blue rain, while warm sparks carve across the shadows. Mix polished anime linework, fluid sakuga animation, crisp impact frames, and deep bass-synced visual hits.
