The Neighbor Above

Generate a polished horror short for American creator culture, framed as a midnight apartment vlog posted to TikTok. A tenant hears heavy footsteps from the ceiling every night, even though the apartment above has been vacant for years. Open on a ceiling-level 35mm shot with a slow creeping pan across peeling paint and a vibrating light fixture. Warm lamp light contrasts with unnatural black shadows pooling in the corners. The creator sets up a phone on a tripod; the camera remains locked while footsteps circle the room overhead. Slowly tilt upward as a dark handprint appears through the ceiling plaster. Finish with a sharp rack focus to the empty hallway, where the upstairs door now stands open.
