The Mermaid Who Walks on Rain

Film a vertical magical realism fantasy scene on a stormy coastal boardwalk. A mermaid climbs from the ocean and walks across falling raindrops as if each droplet were solid glass. Begin with an underwater low angle looking upward through churning surf, then burst above the water into a handheld tracking shot beside her bare feet. Use a wide lens, silver overcast lighting, iridescent scales, wet hair moving in the wind, and detailed droplets suspended around her steps. Blend practical-looking water effects with dreamy editorial slow motion. Finish with a close-up of her eyes reflecting a hidden underwater city as thunder flashes behind her.
