The Mermaid at Santa Monica Pier

Create a photorealistic fantasy travel-vlog short for TikTok and Instagram Reels. At sunset on Santa Monica Pier, a mysterious mermaid rises from the Pacific beside the Ferris wheel, wearing a jacket made of shimmering sea glass and carrying a glowing seashell compass. Open with a phone-style selfie perspective from a surprised creator, then transition into a sweeping 35mm tracking shot circling the mermaid as ocean spray catches the light. Use orange-pink sunset illumination, cool turquoise reflections, lens flares, realistic wet skin and hair, detailed tide pools, and natural crowd reactions. Finish with the compass pointing toward the horizon as thousands of tiny lights appear beneath the waves. Magical, emotional, believable, vertical composition.
