The Map That Tricks Your Brain

Create a visually striking geography lesson for TikTok and YouTube Shorts explaining why flat world maps distort size. Begin with a dramatic overhead shot of a glowing globe on a dark desk, captured with a 24mm lens. The camera slowly rotates around the globe, then smash-cuts to several animated map projections sliding across the screen. Use cool museum lighting, saturated ocean blues, and bright landmass outlines. A presenter in modern creator attire compares Greenland and Africa with simple visual overlays, avoiding clutter and jargon. Add a playful “Which one looks bigger?” pause, reveal the projection trick, and finish with a recommendation to compare maps before drawing conclusions.
