The Mall That Refused to Die

Create a fast-paced documentary investigation into a nearly empty Pennsylvania shopping mall that survives through unconventional tenants. Start with a dramatic drone establishing shot at golden hour, descending toward the weathered entrance. Transition to a 24mm Steadicam walk through silent corridors, then use 85mm compressed portraits of a retro arcade owner, dance instructor, and local sneaker reseller. Light interviews with motivated window light and practical storefront colors; use dusty highlights, gentle lens flares, and authentic room tone. Add tasteful on-screen chapter cards designed for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, building toward the mall's unexpected community purpose.
