The Library Beneath the Ocean

Produce a mysterious fantasy-anime short about a diver discovering a library at the bottom of the Pacific. Open with a wide underwater shot using a 20mm lens, slow descending camera movement, floating dust, bioluminescent jellyfish, and deep indigo lighting. Reveal an enormous glass library where books swim like fish between coral-covered shelves. The diver removes one glowing volume, and the pages project an animated memory of a vanished city. Use elegant cel shading, volumetric god rays, bubbles drifting toward the lens, and subtle orchestral tension. End with a giant whale passing behind the library, its eye reflecting the diver’s face, creating a strong thumbnail moment for US Shorts creators.
