The Last Train to Moon City

Create a cinematic anime short set in a neon-lit city floating above the clouds. A teenage conductor in a crimson uniform sprints across the roof of a speeding midnight train while chasing a glowing paper crane. Begin with a dramatic low-angle 24mm tracking shot beside the wheels, then whip-pan into a sweeping aerial orbit as the train curves around the moon. Use cool cyan city light mixed with warm orange cabin windows, rain-slick reflections, expressive windblown hair, and detailed hand-drawn cel shading. Add subtle motion blur, energetic orchestral percussion, and a final close-up of the crane transforming into a tiny constellation.
