The Last Drive-In Movie Theater

Create a nostalgic yet urgent documentary about a family-run drive-in movie theater in rural Pennsylvania fighting to survive streaming culture. Begin with a slow aerial sunset shot over rows of vintage cars, then cut to a low-angle 35mm lens following the owner as he tests the projector. Use golden-hour backlight, practical concession-stand bulbs, projector flicker, and deep blue nighttime shadows. Film textured close-ups of ticket stubs, speaker posts, popcorn, and weathered hands. Include candid interviews with teenagers, longtime couples, and the third-generation operator. Shape it for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube discovery with a punchy opening question, emotional pacing, and a final image of the screen glowing after closing time.
