The Last Cloud Skater

Produce a high-energy anime sports short about a fearless teenager racing across storm clouds on glowing sneakers to deliver a birthday message before sunset. Start with a dramatic low-angle 18mm shot beneath the runner, clouds exploding upward, then transition into a fast drone-like chase shot and a 70mm close-up of determined eyes reflecting lightning. Use cool cobalt storm lighting contrasted with a warm orange horizon, cel-shaded effects, exaggerated speed trails, dynamic hair motion, and precise footwork. Add a brief aerial pause where the runner leaps between clouds above a fictional US coastal city. Finish with a punchy freeze-frame built for viral TikTok transitions and YouTube Shorts remixes.
