The Idol Who Summons Storms

Generate a high-energy anime music-video moment for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels: an unknown bedroom singer performs into a cheap microphone, accidentally summoning a massive thunderstorm above her city. Begin with a 24mm low-angle shot circling her tiny room, then smash-cut through the window into a 100mm aerial telephoto view of clouds spiraling over skyscrapers. Use rhythmic camera shakes, sweeping crane movement, lens flares, and synchronized lightning flashes. Style the character with vibrant electric-blue hair, a patched jacket, star-shaped earrings, and luminous eyes. Combine glossy cel shading, concert lighting, rain particles, and dramatic purple skies. End with the storm forming a perfect heart.
