The Grocery Bag Strength Test

Make a playful, realistic vertical fitness video for TikTok titled “The Grocery Bag Strength Test.” A US lifestyle creator returns from a grocery run and turns ordinary shopping bags into a safe strength circuit: suitcase carries, controlled deadlifts with light bags, step-back lunges, and farmer holds. Show accurate form and clearly labeled light-weight bags, avoiding unsafe lifting. Start with a handheld 28mm lens follow shot from the apartment doorway, then use smooth side tracking and close-ups of grip, foot placement, and posture. Bright midday kitchen lighting, natural colors, quick comedic zooms, and authentic creator reactions. Add captions that say “No gym? No problem,” plus a final invitation for viewers to duet or stitch their own grocery-bag test.
