The Grocery Bag Strength Test

Create a playful, cinematic fitness challenge for TikTok and YouTube Shorts: a creator tests everyday strength using two loaded grocery bags in a colorful US kitchen. Start with a dramatic low-angle 18mm shot as the bags land on the counter, then orbit the subject on a gimbal while they perform a suitcase carry, split squat, and controlled farmer carry down the hallway. Cut to 70mm close-ups of grip, posture, and foot placement. Use bright midday window light, saturated colors, quick comedic zooms, and crisp natural sound of bags rustling. Include a safety disclaimer to use light loads, demonstrate a neutral spine, and end with a friendly callout inviting viewers to duet their own score.
