The Door That Breathes

Create a 9:16 cinematic horror short for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. At 2:13 a.m., a young apartment creator films a “weird noise” challenge outside a sealed basement door. Start with a low-angle 24mm handheld shot, subtle phone shake, and realistic creator-style whispering. The door slowly inhales, pulling dust and loose receipts through its cracks, then exhales warm fog onto the lens. Use flickering fluorescent lighting, deep green shadows, wet concrete texture, and sharp volumetric haze. Push the camera forward in a slow dolly until the doorknob turns by itself. End on a sudden close-up as the door whispers the creator’s username. Photorealistic, tense, no gore.
