The City Blinks Back

Create a cinematic vertical short set in a rain-soaked downtown alley where a tired street musician notices every neon sign flicker in rhythm with the melody. Start from a low street-level angle beside puddles, then glide forward on a slow stabilized push-in toward the musician. Use a wide anamorphic lens with gentle edge distortion and shallow focus on the face. Cyan and magenta practical lights reflect across wet pavement while soft rain catches the backlight. Build a sleek cyberpunk atmosphere with realistic textures, subtle steam, expressive eyes, and a final close-up where the entire city seems to pulse with the music.
