The Cat Who Runs the City

Create a whimsical anime adventure short for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts: every night, a tiny orange cat secretly operates the traffic lights of a futuristic American city from a hidden control room. Open with a top-down 28mm shot of endless traffic, then dive through a blinking signal into the cat’s miniature command center. Track sideways as the cat pulls glowing levers, wearing oversized headphones and a yellow raincoat. Use saturated cyan, red, and gold lighting, glossy cyberpunk backgrounds, soft volumetric fog, and expressive comedic timing. When the cat accidentally turns every light green, whip around to a wide street-level shot of confused cars and delighted pedestrians. End with the cat proudly stamping a “good job” sticker.
