The 5-Minute Rule

Create a fast-paced motivational story about a person overcoming procrastination by committing to only five minutes. Open with an extreme close-up of a phone timer showing 05:00 beside an untouched notebook. Use a 50mm lens and quick whip-pan transitions from the phone to the subject’s doubtful face, then shift into smooth 35mm dolly shots as the workspace transforms. Begin with flat gray morning light, gradually introducing bright warm practical lighting as progress builds. Show writing, editing, organizing, and finally a completed page. Use rhythmic cuts synced to an upbeat track and finish with the timer at 00:00 and the caption: “Small starts create big momentum.”
