Staircase Sprint Challenge

Produce a cinematic vertical video built around a dramatic staircase sprint challenge in a modern US apartment building. Start from a low 18mm wide-angle shot at the bottom of the stairs as an athletic woman ties her shoes, then cut to a side-tracking camera following explosive but controlled stair climbs. Add a top-down shot from the landing, a 50mm slow-motion close-up of foot placement, and a final front-facing handheld climb. Use strong morning sunlight, high contrast shadows, subtle lens flare, energetic percussion, and clean captions showing round one, round two, and recovery. Keep the form safe and realistic, with a triumphant finish at the rooftop.
