Something Lives Beneath the Pool Cover

Create a photorealistic 18-second horror short for Instagram Reels and American backyard-creep content. Begin at dusk with a high-angle drone shot over a suburban swimming pool covered by a taut blue tarp. Warm sunset fades into cold porch light as the camera descends and switches to a 35mm handheld view at water level. A homeowner films the cover bulging upward, though the pool pump is off. Slow zoom to a wet fingerprint appearing on the underside of the tarp from below. The cover tears open just enough to reveal a pale eye staring directly into lens. Pull backward with shaky 24mm movement as water rises over the deck and flows uphill toward the house. Use realistic insects, pump clicks, wind, and one muffled knock from beneath the water.
