Shadowboxing in the Rain

Create a cinematic vertical fitness short for TikTok and Instagram Reels featuring a determined amateur boxer training outdoors in light rain beneath a city parking-garage overhang. Start with a dramatic 85mm close-up of taped hands tightening, then cut to a low-angle 35mm shot as the athlete shadowboxes through jab-cross-slip combinations and explosive squat punches. Use a slow circular dolly, occasional handheld impact shakes, and a 120fps slow-motion finish as water droplets scatter from a pivot. Neon red and blue practical lights reflect on the wet pavement, balanced by soft overhead fill on the face. Include subtle rep counters, authentic breathing, realistic footwork, and a final creator-style prompt: “Save this combo and try three rounds.”
