Race the Treadmill Ghost

Produce a cinematic vertical fitness challenge for US viewers: a determined runner races a ghostly neon silhouette representing their past personal record on a treadmill. Begin with an extreme close-up of lacing shoes, then orbit the runner with a 35mm lens as the pace increases. Use dramatic red and electric-blue edge lighting in a dark modern gym, subtle haze, reflective floors, and sharp slow-motion sweat droplets between bursts of real-time sprinting. The ghost silhouette stays just ahead until the runner adjusts posture and breathing, then overtakes it. End with a triumphant creator-style reaction and a playful invitation to post a faster time on Strava or TikTok.
