One Minute Before the Ocean Rises

Create a tense cinematic short set in Miami at sunrise, exactly one minute before a mysterious wall of ocean water reaches the city. Open with a locked 35mm shot of an empty boulevard, palm trees bending in the wind and traffic lights blinking yellow. Slowly dolly forward as a teenage skateboarder races toward the camera carrying a rescued puppy. Cut between wide drone views of the distant wave and intimate 85mm close-ups of trembling hands, wet fur, and determined eyes. Use golden-hour light turning gradually steel-blue, realistic wind, atmospheric haze, and rising percussion. End with the pair reaching a rooftop as the wave reflects the sunrise like liquid glass.
