Neon Spirit Delivery

Create a high-energy anime courier story set in a rain-soaked futuristic Los Angeles. A young bicycle messenger delivers one mysterious glowing package before sunrise. Use a low tracking angle beside the front wheel, a 24mm lens, rapid parallax between palm trees and neon signs, and occasional overhead drone shots. The package releases tiny paper spirits that guide her through traffic, subway tunnels, and rooftop shortcuts. Light the scene with saturated pink and blue neon, golden dawn flare, wet asphalt reflections, and polished cel-shaded character details. Add readable fictional storefront signs, speed lines, and kinetic cuts. End with the package opening into a miniature sunrise, optimized for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
