Neon Heartbeat

Create a cinematic music video for a high-energy pop track called Neon Heartbeat. A charismatic singer in a chrome jacket dances through a rain-soaked downtown Los Angeles street while glowing pink and electric-blue signs pulse perfectly to the beat. Start with a low 24mm wide-angle shot racing backward as the performer approaches, then snap into a 50mm handheld close-up with whip pans and rhythmic speed ramps. Use glossy reflections, dramatic backlight, wet pavement, and light fog. Add a seamless transition where a phone held for a TikTok recording becomes the full frame. Make it polished, fashion-forward, instantly loopable, and optimized for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
