Morning HIIT Rooftop Sunrise

Open with a low-angle drone sweep over a Manhattan rooftop at 6 am, golden hour light spilling across a sleek black yoga mat. Cut to a close‑up, 35mm lens, handheld gimbal following a fitfluencer in neon leggings powering through a 20‑second burpee‑to‑push‑up circuit. Sweat glistens, breath visible in the cool air. Background shows the Empire State Building glowing. Quick jump cuts synced to a bass‑heavy TikTok track, text overlay “#MorningGrind” in bold white font. End on a slow‑mo high‑five with the camera pulling back to reveal the city skyline.
