Morning HIIT Rooftop NYC

Low-angle drone sweep over a Manhattan rooftop at sunrise, 24mm wide lens, smooth gimbal tilt down to a fitness influencer in neon leggings sprinting through a 30‑second HIIT circuit. Golden hour light hits sweat‑glistened skin, casting long shadows on the concrete. Quick cuts: close‑up of kettlebell swing, slow‑mo burpee landing, POV GoPro on the athlete’s chest. Background skyline glows, distant sirens faint. Color grade: high contrast, teal‑orange split. Text overlay “#NYCFit” pulses in TikTok font. Energy‑driven electronic beat synced to each rep.
