Inside the 24-Hour Bakery

Make a fast-paced observational documentary about a family bakery that never closes in Chicago. Start with a dramatic overhead shot of dough being divided at 2 a.m., then move through the kitchen using a 16mm lens, low-angle sliders, and intimate handheld close-ups. Show flour floating in backlight, ovens glowing amber, bakers shaping loaves, delivery drivers loading vans, and the first customers arriving before sunrise. Use cool blue exterior light against warm interior tungsten, with crisp food macro shots and rhythmic natural sound. Include short, heartfelt interviews about immigrant family traditions, rising costs, and the pressure of feeding a city around the clock.
