Half-Face Makeup Challenge

Create a high-energy YouTube Shorts and TikTok beauty challenge where one side of the creator’s face is styled with minimal makeup and the other side receives a bold editorial look. Begin with a perfectly centered front-facing shot using a 35mm lens, then orbit 180 degrees around the subject to reveal the contrast. Use cool white studio lighting on the natural side and saturated magenta-and-cyan rim lighting on the glam side, blending seamlessly at the center line. Include sharp eyeliner, chrome inner-corner shimmer, sculpted blush, and glossy lips. Add punchy jump cuts, satisfying brush sounds, and a final split-screen reveal with the caption “Which side wins?”
