Grocery Cart Gains Challenge

Create a funny, cinematic 9:16 fitness video for TikTok and YouTube Shorts inside an American supermarket parking lot. A fit creator turns a shopping cart into a workout prop, performing controlled cart pushes, reverse lunges, incline push-ups, and a suitcase carry with grocery bags. The cart must remain stable and the area must be safe and empty. Start with a wide 24mm establishing shot, then use a low tracking angle beside the wheels, a 70mm reaction close-up, and a fast orbit around the final challenge. Bright midday sunlight, saturated colors, playful percussion, bold rep graphics, and authentic creator banter make it highly shareable without disrupting shoppers.
