Grandma Trains for Her First 5K

Make an uplifting documentary-style YouTube Shorts video following a determined 72-year-old American woman training for her first 5K with her granddaughter. Show gentle walking intervals, resistance-band exercises, calf raises, and stretching in a neighborhood park, emphasizing confidence and proper technique. Use a 35mm lens with steady shoulder-height tracking shots, occasional 50mm portrait close-ups, and one tasteful low-angle shot of her tying running shoes. Capture warm early-morning light, natural park sounds, soft film grain, and genuine laughter. Include a simple weekly progress graphic, supportive reactions from neighbors, and a final finish-line celebration that feels emotional, realistic, and empowering.
