Girl Who Paints the Weather

Generate a heartfelt anime fantasy about a mural artist who controls weather with every brushstroke. On a Brooklyn rooftop, she paints a storm cloud across a giant wall, accidentally summoning rain over the city, then adds bright yellow sunflowers to restore the sky. Begin with a gentle 35mm handheld close-up of paint mixing, rise into a crane shot revealing the mural and skyline, and finish with a wide aerial view as clouds spiral into a rainbow. Use soft overcast lighting shifting into radiant sunrise, textured watercolor backgrounds, delicate cel animation, believable paint splashes, and a hopeful final smile.
