Cat Wins the Weather Report

Generate a polished 12-second newsroom parody featuring a fluffy tuxedo cat presenting the morning weather from behind a miniature broadcast desk. Use a locked-off medium shot with a 35mm lens, then make a fast comedic dolly-in when the cat notices a giant animated fish-shaped storm system on the map. Cool blue studio lighting contrasts with a warm rim light around the fur. Include a professional American TV lower-third reading “Mittens, Chief Meteorologist,” realistic green-screen reflections, tiny paw gestures, and a serious anchor voice saying, “Expect scattered tuna showers by noon.” End on the cat staring into camera as a weather alert flashes.
