After-Work Parking Lot HIIT

Create a fast, gritty vertical HIIT video for US TikTok fitness culture titled “After-Work Parking Lot HIIT.” Feature a diverse group of coworkers changing from office clothes into workout gear beside a parked car, then completing shuttle sprints, lateral hops, squat jumps, and mountain climbers in a marked parking space. Start with a low 24mm lens shot of a laptop bag dropping, followed by a handheld tracking move and quick whip transitions between exercises. Use late-afternoon side light, long shadows, subtle urban texture, and energetic natural sound mixed with a punchy beat. Add a 12-minute countdown, beginner low-impact alternatives, and a final group fist bump. Make it feel spontaneous, attainable, and designed for viewers to try after work.
