A Tiny Dragon in a Giant City

Create a playful anime adventure following a tiny blue dragon navigating a gigantic modern city after accidentally escaping from a rooftop greenhouse. Begin with a macro close-up of its curious eye reflected in a skyscraper window, then use a fast overhead zoom to reveal the scale difference. Track beside the dragon with a wide-angle lens as it leaps across signs, slides down cables, and hides inside a commuter’s umbrella. Cool morning light glints off glass towers while colorful reflections dance across its scales. Add expressive squeaks, fluttering wings, comedic near-misses, lively crowd reactions, and crisp cel shading. End with the dragon lighting the entire skyline by sneezing a harmless burst of starlight.
